Reiki

Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that originated in Japan. Reiki is a Japanese word that roughly translates "universal life-force energy". What Reiki refers to is a codified system of non-invasive, hands-on healing method that utilizes the life-force energy that surrounds every living thing in the universe to aid in the release of blockages in the energetic nervous system in the body, speeding recovery from dis-ease. The technique works on the same principle as acupuncture, shiatsu and reflexology.
Reiki has been clinically proven to reduce stress, aid in pain management, speed recovery from illness and surgery, and mentally support those coping with traumatic life changes and issues. Reiki will not cure illnesses or disease but it can help your body to heal itself.

A Reiki treatment consists of a series of traditional hand positions being placed on the body. These hand-positions correspond to the major energetic centers and pathways in the body, called chakras and meridians in Eastern medicine. There is little to no pressure applied by the hands, and at some points I may lift them off the body's surface to work in the auric field. All that is required of the client during the treatment is that they close their eyes, relax and open themselves to the experience.
The most commonly reported experience during a treatment is a profound sense of peace and relaxation that often lasts for days after a treatment. Other clients may slip into a light-trance or dreamlike state where memories or vivid daydreams may dance before them. The average treatment lasts 45 minutes. Beyond Reiki, I specialise in energy clearing, working with both people and spaces to remove negative energy, cord attachments, and stagnant energetic imprints. Over time, we can accumulate dense or unwanted energies, whether from emotional experiences, past traumas, relationships, or external influences. This can manifest as feeling heavy, drained, emotionally stuck, or energetically unbalanced.

Through intuitive energy work, I clear all attachments and blockages that may be interfering with your well-being. I also cleanse homes, workplaces, and other spaces, helping to shift stagnant energy, increase harmony, and restore a sense of peace and clarity.
